The Build…
A structural engineer for each project ensures higher standards in the construction, with a
particular attention to
the
structural work. Especially when altering an old building with structural modifications, we can
dynamically prevent,
detect and sort out structural issues. With our structural onsite optimisation, the findings
after the strip out or
during the construction don’t cause delays or additional costs.
A dedicated Project Manager will be present to oversee the quality of the work throughout the
build. We have Project
Management processes in place that involve the detailed definition of a Project Plan, followed
up by site visits and
engagement with you throughout the build process. This ensures that every project can be
delivered within the agreed budget,
whilst retaining the flexibility for alterations to the detail of the renovation.
We pride ourselves for fully complying with all Health & Safety policies and construction
regulations doing so by
implementing appropriate monitoring and supervision procedures. Safety during the build is
extremely important and it is
our on-site Project Manager’s responsibility to ensure this daily.
